Based on the outcomes of the Gabriola Talks: The Climate Crisis event on September 29, 2019, three key areas of change will be the focus: transportation (Scott Colbourne, moderator); food (Graham Bradley, moderator); consumption and waste (Michelle MacEwen, moderator). Session facilitator: Mitch Miyagawa.

The aim of this workshop is to enable us by working together to craft strategies that will lead to community action and foster the alliances necessary to achieve significant outcomes. Each group will establish a knowledge base, devise strategies for action, and share their results with all participants to enable further connections and networking.

To enable us to achieve actionable outcomes, the number of participants is limited to 90, by pre-registration only.

Registration: Eventbrite

Ticket sales close March 1st (11:59 pm), or when the workshop reaches capacity.

You will be asked to sign up for a topic area in advance (1st and 2nd choice). If registration is full, there will be a waiting list available.

PLEASE inform us as quickly as possible if you have registered but find that you are unable to attend.
